The client, a large microelectronic design center, found that its competitor had been misleading market participants by using an almost identical company name, domain name and logo. We prepared the case for litigation and accompanied it to judgment. Exhaustive argumentation of the claim allowed us to win the case without engaging court experts. At our request, the court ordered the defendant to change the business name and stop using the trademark, and the disputed domain name was transferred to the plaintiff.
