A startup company in the telecommunications services industry approached us to protect their inventions. The inventions were programs and algorithms used for geofencing on wireless communication equipment. We successfully helped identify and protect 6 algorithms with Russian patents, two of them with U.S. patents, and some of the algorithms were protected in the know-how regime.
