I was approached by a client, an engineering company, to provide legal support for technology transfer transactions. The company invested in the development of products in the field of heavy machinery. Having obtained exclusive rights and technical documentation for the developed product, the company has implemented it in serial production at several plants, and subsequent sales. I supported this project in its entirety: approval of the R&D contract, protection and transfer of rights to the results to the customer, negotiation of the license deal and its conclusion. Production is successfully launched. The license fees are coming in.
